You get a powerful, experience-based coaching format that combines mindset coaching grounded in neuroscience with activity in nature. We explore your values and base every step on your personal direction. 

What it looks like

My method works in short, transformative cycles. Depending on the individual situation, at least 3-6 cycles are required. Each cycle consists of three sessions, which can be held offline, online or hybrid:


1) Clarity Session

In this 60min session, we clarify where you’re at and what we want to work towards. You’ll gain clarity on why you feel stuck and what needs to shift first.

– practical tools you can already apply


2) Outdoor Embodiment

This is where the work becomes alive. We go outside and get active (~2hrs). The physical experience helps us shift what our mind alone cannot.

You learn how to:
– break old patterns
– build confidence through action
– reconnect with your intuition in calm, natural surroundings

3) Integration

In this 30-60min session, we reflect and anchor the insights so they transfer into your everyday life.
You leave with a simple, realistic plan you can actually follow, not another overwhelming to-do list that is just not you.
