I found my way back. <\/font>
Now I help others find theirs.<\/i><\/font><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

I spent years in international corporate roles across Switzerland and Europe. Good titles, demanding work, constant pressure. On the outside, everything looked right.<\/p>

Inside, I was increasingly disconnected from what actually mattered to me. I changed companies. Then again. And again. Thinking the problem was somewhere out there: the wrong employer, the wrong role, the wrong city.<\/p>

Until burnout forced me to stop looking out there and start looking in. The problem wasn’t the job. The problem was that I’d been ignoring my own values for years. Freedom, nature, movement, self-determination: none of that had enough space in the life I was living.<\/p>

That’s when everything changed. I founded Skillup Outdoors<\/a>, an Outdoor Sports Community dedicated to encourage people to try new things. I also retrained as a Mental and Systemic Coach and built OutdoorMind: a coaching approach that combines what I know from years in corporate, my experience with Skillup Outdoors and what actually creates lasting change.<\/p>

Today I work with individuals and organisations who are where I once was. And I know exactly what it takes to get to the other side.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

My coaching is grounded in systemic coaching principles \u2014 working with the patterns and invisible dynamics that keep people and teams stuck, not just the surface symptoms. The focus is always on sustainable change, not quick fixes.<\/p>

On top of that: 10+ years of lived corporate experience. I know what it means to perform under pressure, navigate reorganisations, and lead teams while quietly losing yourself. I speak the language of high-performance environments, because I’ve been there.<\/p>

The outdoors isn’t just where I work \u2014 it’s where I live. When I’m not coaching, I’m in the mountains, on the water, or somewhere between the two. That relationship with nature is what shapes how I coach, not just where I coach.<\/p>

I also run Skillup Outdoors<\/a> \u2014 an outdoor sports community in Switzerland. It started as a way to make the mountains more accessible to everyone. It’s where I first discovered that shared physical challenge creates a kind of honesty that’s very hard to manufacture in any other setting.<\/p>
