Hiking is not a side program. It’s part of the coaching work itself. The Upper Engadin, one of Switzerland’s most beautiful landscapes, becomes a space for new inputs.
Every afternoon, after the hike, we sit down together for an intensive 1:1 session. Methodical, structured, focused on what truly matters to you.
This is more than a wellness retreat: It is a structured return to your core. An intensive coaching program for people who know something needs to change.
Here, movement and nature become catalysts to the work we’re doing. The vastness of the Engadin is the space where your mental noise finally settles, allowing your true values to surface.
Each day we hike a new section of the route from Maloja to Pontresina. Past glacial lakes, through alpine meadows, along high ridges with panoramic views across the valley. Almost every evening, a different hotel.
This is about movement, not performance. With moderate daily distances (8–10km), the goal isn’t to reach the peak – it’s to reach a state of flow. All you need is a pair of hiking boots and a willingness to move.
In the afternoon after the hike: 60 minutes individual 1:1 coaching session based on your values.
We don’t chase goals, we align with values. Using a scientifically validated method (93% success rate), we peel back the layers of ‘shoulds’ to find your ‘musts.’
You won’t leave with a to-do list – you’ll leave with a compass.
Three evenings during the week, we come together as a group.
A protected space to share what surfaces. No masks, no titles, just three humans walking a similar path.
Some insights are only found when we see ourselves reflected in others.
The group has a maximum of three participants. That’s a deliberate choice: Real depth requires real space, and real space requires a small group.
Each night you sleep in a carefully selected 4* hotel with your own private room. No dormitories, no shared bathrooms. Instead, you will find a SPA area in all of them. Breakfast and a packed lunch are included every day.
In the evenings, we gather at local restaurants to share a meal. This allows us the freedom to explore the local cuisine as a group, giving you the flexibility to choose what nourishes you each night.

I spent years in international corporate roles: good titles, demanding work, and a growing sense that something was off. I changed companies. Then again. And again. Until burnout made it impossible to keep looking for the problem somewhere else.
The problem was that I’d been ignoring my own values for years. Freedom, nature, movement, self-determination – none of that had space in the life I was living.
Today I run Skillup Outdoors, an outdoor sports community in Switzerland, and I coach people through exactly the kind of transition I went through myself.
I don’t just coach from a textbook. I also coach from lived experience and from knowing what clarity feels like when you finally find it again.
