Born and raised in Germany, I started my career in Supply Chain Management. Jumping into the corporate world eventually brought me to Switzerland — a place that not only became my home but also opened up a whole new world of outdoor sports I’d never experienced before.
But life isn’t always smooth sailing. After facing a series of personal challenges and unexpected turns, I found myself searching for a way to regain control, clarity, and confidence. That’s when I discovered mindset coaching and the science of neuroplasticity — the brain’s ability to rewire itself through intentional practice and new experiences.
At that time, I had already founded Skillup Outdoors, an outdoor sports community focused on helping people build and grow their skills in outdoors sports. As I experienced firsthand how powerful the combination of mindset work and outdoor sports truly is, I realized I needed to share it with others. This was when I started to grow my educational background in the field of mindset coaching – and I am continuously doing so.
With a science-based, results-driven approach, I now guide individuals, teams, and businesses to break through mental barriers, build resilience, and create lasting change — using the power of movement, nature, and mindset coaching. This isn’t about escaping life for a weekend. It’s about rewiring your mind so you can take that strength back into your everyday life — stronger, more focused, and ready for whatever comes next.
