50km along Europe’s wildest Atlantic coastline. Cliffs, beaches, cork forests. Moderate daily stages (10–15km) — this is not about performance, but about alignment.

Daily 1:1 coaching using the Systemic Coaching approach. We identify the patterns keeping you stuck and build a compass for what comes next.
SURFING
Surf Day
One day in the water. No performance pressure, just a new challenge for you to conquer and an experience to make. Equipment & instruction included, no prior experience needed.

Carefully selectedguesthouses & hotels.
Each night you stay in a handpicked guesthouse or boutique hotel with your own private room — from the cliffside Casa Vincentina to the poolside Casa da Courela. The accommodation is part of the experience, not just a place to sleep.
Breakfast included every day. Evenings at local restaurants along the coast. You carry your own backpack by design: this week, we will focus on what matters.
