Who is Anja?

I know this path.
Because I walked it myself.

Years in international corporate roles. Good titles, demanding work, and a growing sense that something was off. I changed companies. Then again. And again. Until burnout made it impossible to keep looking for the problem somewhere else.

The problem was that I’d been ignoring my own values for years. Freedom, nature, movement, self-determination — none of that had space in the life I was living.

Today I combine neuroscience-based systemic coaching with outdoor movement. Not because it sounds good, but because patterns are stored in the nervous system — and the body is the only way to actually reach them.

Who is this workshop for?

For leaders and high-performers in corporate environments who look fine on the outside but sense that something isn’t right. You don’t need to have burnout. It’s enough if you want to prevent it happening.

What actually happens during the workshop?

We look at the patterns that systematically drive high-performers into exhaustion. You do a body-based exercise. You take away three tools you can use right away at home. 

I’m not a therapy person. Is this still for me?

Especially for you. This evening isn’t therapy. It’s neuroscience explaining why talking alone doesn’t work, and a pragmatic approach that reaches the structure actually running the pattern.

How big is the group?

Intentionally small. We will be max. 10 people to foster real exchange.
