Your best people don’t quit on the day
they hand in their notice.
They quit months earlier — before you even realize.

Burnout in high-performing teams doesn't look like exhaustion. It looks like compliance, quiet detachment, and leaders who stopped initiating. By the time it's visible, it's already expensive and often too late.

The Real Cost

Learn reading the warning signs

before it’s too late.

Most leaders don’t see the warning signs until they’re managing the consequences: sick leave, resignations, performance reviews that don’t add up. Here’s what to watch out for already months earlier.

What you see

A team member who functions, delivers, and never complains, but has become harder to reach. Less present in meetings. Less drive.

vs.

What’s actually happening

Their nervous system has been suppressing exhaustion signals for months so they can keep performing. The mask stays on until the system can’t hold it anymore.

What you see

A team member who is always available: first in, last out, takes on more even when already overloaded, never really switches off, even on vacation.

vs.

What’s actually happening

Performance has become their only source of self-worth, so stopping feels like a threat. They’re not choosing to overwork, but their nervous system treats rest as danger.

What you see

People who describe their work only through to-dos. No energy when they talk about it. No connection to why it matters.

vs.

What’s actually happening

There is a gap between what the role demands and what this person values. That gap costs energy every single day — and eventually ends up in a resignation.

The Three Patterns

Why good people leave
before you ever see it coming.

These are not individual character flaws or motivation problems. They are predictable neurological patterns that develop under sustained pressure. And they are identifiable — if you know what to look for.

Consistent output, but decreasing presence in the room
Rarely takes time off or can’t switch off when they do
No new initiatives in months. Executing, not thinking
Stopped pushing back on decisions they would have challenged before
Describes their work through to-dos, not impact
Compliant, but not committed. Doing the job, not owning it
Take the Next Step

Find out which patterns are running in your team — and what to do about them.

In 15 minutes, you’ll have a clear picture of where your risk sits and a concrete place to start. No pitch, no programme required.

The Approach

Change doesn't happen by talking about it.
It happens by experiencing it.

01
We make it experiential

Most leadership development stays in the head. Ours doesn't. Your team doesn't sit in a room and learn about resilience — they experience it, in movement, in nature, in real challenge. That's what makes it stick.

02
Context is key

Patterns run in context. Removing people from their habitual environment breaks the automatic response before coaching even begins. The outdoors is not a backdrop — it's the mechanism.

03
Systems, not symptoms

We work on the pattern underneath the behavior — not the behavior itself. Individual change only lasts when the systemic dynamics around a person are understood and addressed.

What Working Together Looks Like

From insight
to a day that changes something.

If the call shows there's something to work on, the next step is usually The Outdoor Experience — a full day outside with your team, where the patterns surface and turn into concrete tools. From there, some teams go deeper with multi-day formats or a longer programme.

Who I Am

10 years of corporate Leadership
turned into Founder & Coach.

I spent ten years in corporate Supply Chain Management. I know the growth challenges, the reorgs, the pressure to deliver more with less. I know what it looks like when a team is running on empty. And I know what it costs when no one addresses it until it’s too late.

I now work as a coach and organizational consultant. My approach combines systemic coaching, neuroscience-based methods, and outdoor-based interventions. The work happens outside because that’s where patterns actually change.

You describe what you’re seeing
Not the HR report version. What you actually observe in your team, your leaders, your best people.

02

I identify the pattern
I’ll tell you which of the three patterns you’re dealing with and why standard interventions haven’t moved the needle.

03

You leave with something concrete
Three questions you can use in your next team meeting to identify who is at risk right now.

04

If there’s a fit, we talk next steps
If a deeper engagement makes sense, I’ll outline what that looks like. No pressure, no follow-up unless you want one.
